Creative Puzzles Solved Here
Don DeMartino
(President)
Really, when running a small business, you do everything to make it successful. Don has been running DDM since its inception in 2001. Prior to that, he had a 15-year career in radio, starting as a salesperson and the last few years as CEO of a group with stations in Texas, Arizona, Kansas, and Missouri. One of the first things Don did when opening DDM was buy a salt and pepper shaker set for his desk. Why? Because, after 15 years in corporate radio, Don wanted to be able to ‘season’ any mistakes he made as he ate them, and not pass them on to customers.
Don is a graduate of The University of Texas (BS in Advertising 1988) and can often be found on the 40 Acres attending football or basketball games.
Nick Riseman
(Partner/Marketing Consultant)
Nick has a passion for improving upon and coming up with new ideas to help build and scale companies’ profits. He is originally from Massachusetts and graduated from The University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He is married with a daughter, loves his Boston sports teams (get him going he won’t stop), enjoys collecting whiskies, and always has a travel bug.
Laura Shipman
Laura attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 2015 with a degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Sciences and a certificate in Event Management. Before joining DDM, she worked for the City ofBeaumont Event Facilities as the Event Centre Manager. In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling, reading, concerts, and playing with her dogs Lincoln and Olive.
Goose
(Creative Assistant)
Although not overly business savvy, Goose is always up for a game of fetch, and maybe, just maybe, when deciding between two ideas, Goose determines the plan for a client depending on if he returns Tennis Ball A or Tennis Ball B.
